How do I book my time after purchase?
We'll reach out personally over email after you purchase to get your first call on the calendar. If you don't want to wait, DM us on Discord right away, Josh is joshgambrell and Ryuu is ryuurui.
Can I use the calls for different topics?
Yes. Each call is yours to use however you need, a portfolio review one week and a technical question the next.
Do the call packages expire?
No firm expiration. Use them at your own pace.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just reply to our email or DM us on Discord to move your call, no penalty as long as it's given with reasonable notice.
Who am I actually talking to?
